INTERORGANIC AND INTERCELLULAR RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THYMUS AND SPLEEN IN THE DYNAMICS OF ANTIGENIC ACTION

Resume
Central (thymus, marrow) and peripheral (spleen, pre-ovary lymph knots) organs of immune system have been studied in dynamics of experimental salmonellosis by the complex morphological methods. There fixed separate periods of immune morphological adapted reconstructions of organs of immune system to the reply to antigen affect: early changes (3-24 hours of experiment) expressed immune morphological reconstructions (from 3 till 14 days of experiment) and recondition. Each of indicated periods is characterized by dynamics of morphological and functional changes, providing immune homeostasis to the reply of antigen affect.
