Resume

The study included 90 patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) who received inpatient and outpatient treatment, as well as 20 healthy people who were diagnosed with spondylitis in accordance with the modified New York criteria of 1984 and/or classified criteria developed by ASAS specialists for axial spondylitis in 2009. ASA activity was assessed on the basis of the VAS, BASDAI, ASDAS indices, as well as indicators of CRP and ESR. Evening spinal pain according to VAS data was 6 points, an average of 4.95 according to BASDAI, 3.25 according to ASDAS (CRP), 3.1 according to ASDAS (ESR), CRP, an average of 9 mg/l, ESR on average 19.5 mm/hour.
