Resume
This review presents the results of scientific work on the study of the immuno-cytokine profile in respiratory allergies in children. Immunoglobulin E, IL-4, IL-17A, MCP-1, INF-a and anti-INF-a in the blood of sick children with respiratory allergies were examined. It has been established that a peak concentration of IL-4 >2.8 pg/ml predicts the risk of transformation of RA into BA in children. Activation of the synthesis of IL-4 and MCP-1 in bronchial asthma, IL-17A in respiratory allergies (rhinitis, conjunctivitis, bronchitis) has been proven, which indicates a high probability of developing allergic inflammation against the background of layering (viral-bacterial, fungal, parasitic) infections.
