Resume

This article presents the morphometric changes of the testis of 9-month-old white rats suffering from chronic radiation sickness in an experiment. As a result of the morphometric analysis, it was observed that the size of extra testicular ducts decreased, tubular spaces expanded with the presence of glandular cells, and interstitial tissue decreased. The observed decrease in interstitial tissue may indicate epididymal tissue remodeling in response to radiation sickness. This may be due to fibrosis or tissue atrophy.
