The functions of the stomach are food mass, its partial processing and assimilation of nutrients. All these processes take place in the gastrointestinal tract. Various pathologies have a harmful effect on the structure of the gastrointestinal tract. For example: chemotherapy is a chemical method, drugs that act against malignant tumors is a method of treatment with. Drugs used in chemotherapy cause various morphological changes in the stomach. Stomach injury in chemotherapy is one of the most urgent problems of oncology in cancer patients. Timely and successful prevention and treatment of stomach pathologies related to tumors is aimed at preserving the structure and function of the stomach, as well as improving the quality of vital processes.
