PECULIARITIES OF VITAMINS OF DAILY DIET IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS

Resume

We studied 1375 patients living in the Bukhara region (497 men and 726 women) with diabetes mellitus with age range from 18 to 69 years. The studies were analyzed in the summer and autumn periods in terms of the composition and structure of 108 menu-layouts. Compliance of the daily diet of patients and their physiological composition with the requirements of Sanitary norms and rules (SanRN) 0007-2020 ” Average daily norms of rational nutrition aimed at ensuring a healthy diet for the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan by age, gender and occupation groups”  rationalized food for the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan” nutrition”. The daily ration of patients does not meet hygienic requirements, a sharp excess of flour, bread and pasta are noted in the diet of bakery products, and rice and cereals in comparison with physiological norms are provided in men up to 27.5% -37%, and in women up to 21.1% -30.2%. Vegetables in a similar order by 1.73-1.07; 1.90-1.27% of times, fruits were consumed 3.0-2.9 and 3.1-2.6 times less. From fat-soluble vitamins, the daily intake of retinol is provided in men by 94.6-95.3%, and in women by 92.2-95.35%, calciferol by 84.8-87.7% and 78.7-87, 8%, the amount of phylloquinone by 60.5-65.1 and 49.5-54.8%, from water-soluble vitamins folic acid was 50.0-46.8%; 45.2-50.55%, and the amount of biotin 58.2% – 60.45% and 42.2-43.6%. As part of the daily diet, vitamins do not meet the physiological norms and create conditions for the development, relapses and complications of disorders.
