Resume,

To study changes in the indices of systemic and organ blood flow in women with severe preeclampsia. We examined 50 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia (group II), and 169 pregnant women with mild preeclampsia (group I). The complex ultrasound and Doppler study of blood flow was performed using a Sono-scape SSI 5000 ultrasound scanner (model China) equipped with a convection sensor (3.5 MHz) equipped with a Doppler pulsating wave unit and a function of the CDC. The blood flow in the arteries and veins of the liver was studied (Pec A, Pec B, Vor B). Blood flow in the hepatic and portal vein only indicated a tendency to a certain decrease in pregnant women with PE. SDS and IR in the hepatic artery, these values were increased by 13.3 and 26.4, respectively, for severe PE.

The study of the peculiarity of the arterial blood flow of the liver with the appearance of hypertension during pregnancy can become a prognostic criterion for the development of PE and its progress with the transition to severe forms.

Keywords: Doppler, preeclampsia, liver blood flow.
