Resume

The article will look at the current diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of poor-quality tumors and comorbid flow of pulmonary tuberculosis. The relevance of the topic arises from the difficulties associated with the high prevalence of these diseases all over the world and their concomitant course. The article analyzes the main problems and calls associated with the comorbid flow of these pathologies, including differential diagnostics and the choice of strategies for treating patients. Special attention is paid to modern diagnostic methods, including molecular-biological research, which allows you to accurately distinguish diseases and choose the most optimal treatment tactics. The newest methods of treatment are considered, including targeted therapy and immunotherapy, and their effect on the life prognosis of patients. In the conclusion, the prospects for the development of the route and the possibilities of improving the quality of life and prognosis of patients with poor-quality tumors and comorbid flow of pulmonary tuberculosis are presented.
