Resume

Surgical inflammatory bowel diseases in children are an urgent problem for many countries and its medical and social significance is currently increasing. Early diagnosis and prevention of complications after bowel surgery can reduce morbidity and disability. In the article, the author studied the cytokine status of children with surgical inflammatory bowel diseases, which contributes to improving the quality of preventive surgical, gastroenterological and pediatric services, followed by a decrease in morbidity and disability.
