Resume

The article covers questionnaires and recommendations that facilitate patients' acceptance of drugs recommended during the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. The main and control group patients were assessed to achieve high indicators of compliance and quality of life according to the Morisky-Green scale. Due to the demonstrated efficiency, ease of use and simplicity, it can be recommended for wide use in medical practice.
