Resume

The article presents data on the effect of the use of immunomodulators in treatment on the performance of protease inhibitors in low myopia in children and adolescents with tuberculosis. There was an increase in the levels of protease inhibitors α-1-antitrypsin and α-2-macroglobulin under the influence of immunomodulators. The use of immunomodulators, taking into account individual sensitivity in children and adolescents with tuberculosis with low myopia, helps to normalize the levels of protease inhibitors.

Keywords: tuberculosis, children, adolescents, mild myopia, protease inhibitors, immunomodulators.
