Resume

A survey of 5644 women living in Tashkent was conducted for the presence of 14 genotypes (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68) of high oncogenic risk HPV. HPV of all 14 genotypes were detected in 8.8% of women. Among all genotypes, HPV type 16 dominated (25.1%). A trend towards an increase in the level of HPV prevalence was formulated, which determines the timing of the sexual life of the examined women. No reliable signals of the HPV cycle depending on the use of contraceptives and their type (including condoms) have been identified. Only in women who did not use contraceptives, the frequency of HPV detection was slightly higher than in women who used contraceptives.

Keywords: human papillomavirus, prevalence, diagnosis.
