Resume
In cerebrovascular diseases, changes in the morphology of intracerebral arterial vessels, resembling atherosclerosis or hyalinosis, are often observed. Mainly, these changes occur in individuals aged 50-55 years. Specifically, at this age, due to the highest level of physical activity and the influence of pathomorphological changes in the vessel wall in hypertension, as well as destructive and dystrophic changes in the vessel wall, atherosclerosis develops. In the course of this research, it was found that the primary morphological substrate that occurs in hypertension is the manifestation of atheromatous changes in the endothelium and subendothelial layers of the vessel wall, leading to the development of ischemic events due to narrowing of the vessel lumen.
Keywords: cerebrovascular disease, intracerebral arterial vessels, hyalinosis, atherosclerosis, atheromatosis, morphology, intima, hypertension.
