Resume

The article is devoted to the study of the cytokine status of children with respiratory diseases and with the development of urgent conditions that arise in this case. The authors studied the features of immunological parameters in children with acute respiratory viral infections. The obtained research results serve for early diagnosis and prognosis of the development of critical conditions in acute respiratory infections in young children. The active implementation of the developed indicators in the practical activities of pediatricians, gps, intensive care specialists of multidisciplinary medical centers helps to reduce child mortality from respiratory diseases of young children.
