Resume

According to statistics of cutaneous leishmaniasis, approximately 700,000 to 1 million new cases of the disease are recorded each year. The article presents the main directions of measures to prevent the spread of the disease and fight against it, as well as the indicators of the increase of cutaneous leishmaniasis in recent years.
