Resume
The majority of women of childbearing age in the world belong to the working age group, and depending on the periodicity and duration of age-related changes in menisciopathy, the morphological structure and morphometric indicators of the menisci of the knee joint are studied and analyzed, and criteria and a mathematical algorithm based on specific instructions are expected to be produced. This is the basis for predicting age-related changes in mensicopathy based on specific criteria and developing methodical recommendations for treatment tactics. In our study, we aimed to study the changes in the meniscus of 40-45-year-old women. At this age, as a result of chronic damage to the menisci, it was found that changes in histioarchitectonics mainly proceed with the development of defragmentation and destruction of collagen fibers and are mutilated macroscopically.
Key words: morphology, meniscopathy, fragmentation, destruction, collagenolysis.
