Resume

Although the morphological and clinical aspects of the myocardium have been studied in different forms of CKD, the factors causing this disease appear differently every year and, naturally, the morphological changes change accordingly. The development of ischemic heart diseases not directly, but indirectly, together with various harmful habits in different regions, nations, and peoples, it is necessary to reveal the specific aspects of the morphological changes in the heart tissue according to different currents, and first of all, to identify the substrates that indicate in which subunits of the myocardium the damage occurs. is enough. Morphological aspects of the myocardium are manifested by different changes in different periods of SUIIK.

Key words: myocardial infarction, morphology, necrosis, dystrophy, fullness.
