Resume

This article discusses some clinical-radiological features and causative factors of the course of pulmonary bacterial destructive pneumonia in children in the Bukhara region. Anamnestic data of 74 patients was analyzed, a study of the results of clinical-anamnestic data and comprehensive clinical examination data were presented.
