HEART RATE VARIABILITY AND MYOCARDIAL HEALTH IN OBESITY MILITARY PERSONNEL

Tashkhujayeva A.A. - Center for the development of professional qualifications of medical personnel, department of functional diagnostics, Military Medical Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Resume

Obesity is a serious problem among military personnel, as it affects the health of the cardiovascular system and reduces performance. Heart rate variability (HRV) is associated with myocardial health, which reflects the functional state of the heart. The aim of the study is to investigate the features of the cardiovascular system, including the structural and functional state of the HRV and LV myocardium in people with obesity and insulin resistance, as well as to assess the dynamics of indicators against the background of lifestyle changes.

Keywords: variability, heart rate, myocardial heart, military personnel.
