Resume

The aim is to study the epidemiology of malignant tumors of the larynx and oral cavity in the territory of Bukhara region. In the Bukhara region from 2016 to 2022, the rate of malignant tumors of the oral cavity and larynx, the dynamics of detection, and the rate of death from the disease in adults were analyzed. In 2016-2022, an increase of 8.8% was recorded, and from 2019 to 2022, the growth rate was 71.8%. In 2016-2022, the mortality rate increased to 0.7%. A high level of low-quality tumors of the oral cavity and larynx was recorded in the Bukhara region. Incidence of men among the population increased significantly compared to women, 3 times in 2020, more than 2 times in 2021 and 2022. A high mortality rate and first diagnosis of oropharyngeal tumors were observed in stage IV.
