Resume
The thymus is the central organ of immunogenesis, the main function of this organ is the maturation of lymphocytes. This article shows the morphometric parameters of the rat thymus of cortical and cerebral matter in the period of late postnatal ontogenesis and in an experiment under the influence of an energy drink. The object of the study was white rats located in the vivarium of the Bukhara Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina. The thymus of rats from 72 males and females was taken for research. The study of morphometric parameters of the cortical and medulla showed that, rats in the control group in the period of late postnatal ontogenesis in the dynamics of development, the growth rate of the cortical layer of the thymus is 33.4%, the cerebral layer is 16.0% at 3 months of age in relation to 1 month of age. In the experimental group, with EN poisoning, an increase in the cortical layer of the thymus is observed and the largest increase is detected at the age of 1 month, 27.8% relative to the control group
