Resume

The aim of this work was to conduct a retrospective analysis of pregnancy and childbirth outcomes in women with varying degrees of preeclampsia. Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis of pregnancy and childbirth was conducted in 125 women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Of these, 95 pregnant women with varying degrees of preeclampsia and 30 pregnant women with an uncomplicated gestational period. Results: When studying the obstetric history, it was revealed that 36 (37.9%) women had previous pregnancies that ended in spontaneous abortions before 27 weeks. Preterm births occurred in 23 (24.2%) and 3 (10.0%) women in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). The frequency of miscarriage in previous pregnancies was 50 (52.6%) in the main group and 4 (13.3%) in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusions: All of the above gives us reason to believe that preeclampsia has a special clinical picture and affects pregnancy outcomes.

Key words: Preeclampsia, pregnancy, childbirth
