Resume

In 2021-2023, 354 TB-TB patients aged 20 to 70 years who received inpatient treatment in the 2nd therapeutic department of the Tashkent city hospital of phthisiology and pulmonology (TShFvaPKSh) were examined. We found that viral hepatitis was detected in 86 of 354 patients (24.3%). Therefore, 86 patients co-infected with KDC-TB and viral hepatitis were included in the study. 21 of them (24.4%) were diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) for the first time, 65 (75.6%) were relapsing TB patients. The spectrum of viral hepatitis was as follows: viral hepatitis C was detected in 75 patients (87.2%), viral hepatitis "C" and "V" were detected in 5 patients (5.8%), and viral hepatitis "V" was detected in 6 patients (7%). Viral hepatitis aggravates the clinical course of tuberculosis and reduces the effectiveness of treatment. According to our data, the result of tuberculosis treatment was ineffective in 30.3% of cases. The outcome of the disease largely depends on the time of starting hepatoprotective therapy against the background of anti-tuberculosis drugs, taking into account the sensitivity to antibacterial drugs, which should be started as soon as possible.
