Resume

A study of induced platelet aggregation, the level of markers of immune inflammation, and endothelial dysfunction in patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke was conducted. It was found that both in the early and late post-ischemic stroke period, signs of chronic immune inflammation associated with endothelial dysfunction persist. Risk groups for recurrent ischemic stroke in patients in the recovery period are identified.
