This article focuses on the role of immune factors in the regeneration of various injuries. It examines the role of macrophages, cytokines, and growth factors in regeneration, as well as the contribution of different components of the immune system in wound healing. Modulation of the immune system is crucial for controlling the inflammatory process and ensuring successful tissue regeneration.
