MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN RATS' SKIN USING THE CHEMICAL PREPARATION PACLITAXEL

Resume

Skin damage during chemotherapy is one of the most pressing problems of oncology in oncological diseases. Often, during cancer chemotherapy, the main source determining the prognosis of the patient's condition is the presence of skin damage. The spectrum of skin pathologies associated with tumors is very wide. That is why we have dedicated our research to poor-quality tumor diseases. The carcinogenic substance that we use in the experiments is the oncogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon 7,12-dimethyl bezanthracene (DMBA), C20H16. The increase in the number of oncological diseases in recent decades requires the development of new drugs and methods of action on tumor cells, and in some cases, stricter chemotherapy regimens. Along with successes in the treatment of tumor diseases, the toxicity of treatment is a huge problem. In our experiment, we studied the effect of the chemical agent paclitaxel.
