Resume
Objective of the Study: Changes in the occlusion level of dental arches in children lead to significant morphofunctional disorders in the dentofacial system. The aim of this study is to identify disorders in the dentofacial system, determine the causes of their development, and explore ways to treat and prevent them. The study results provide an opportunity to enhance the efficiency of diagnosis, treatment, and preventive measures for occlusion disorders. Materials and Methods: The study involved 100 children aged 6 to 14 years. Clinical, radiological, and orthodontic methods were used to identify disorders in the dental arches and occlusion levels. During the diagnostic process, functional indicators of jaw movements, the condition of dental arches, and the mutual positioning of teeth were examined. Data collection was based on anamnesis, clinical examination findings, and laboratory analyses. Conclusions: Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Changes in the occlusion level of dental arches in children significantly affect the morphofunctional state of the dentofacial system. 2. Early diagnosis and individualized treatment methods play an important role in preventing morphofunctional disorders. 3. Orthodontic appliances, physiotherapy, and specialized exercises play a key role in addressing occlusion disorders.
