Resume

The study on the function of the heart and kidneys in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) involved 200 patients with I-III functional class (FC) of chronic heart failure (CHF) according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA). The development of pathological remodeling of the heart in patients with CHF was accompanied by impaired renal function, which was characterized by a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate and a decrease in renal blood flow.

Keywords: chronic heart failure, heart function, renal function.
