Medical education faces significant resistance to change, despite the need to integrate scientific advancements and adapt teaching methods. Key factors include adherence to traditions, fear of new conditions, lack of resources, and distrust between faculty generations. Effective change management requires engaging stakeholders, fostering trust, and implementing flexible strategies like pilot projects. Addressing resistance is essential to improve the quality of physician training and ensure adaptability to modern medical demands.
