Resume

One of the important factors in the development of diseases of the hard tissues of teeth and periodontitis are systemic somatic diseases of the body. Rheumatism or acute rheumatic fever is a chronic systemic connective tissue disease accompanied by erosive and destructive changes in the joints, it has an autoimmune pathogenesis and belongs to a type of disease whose etiology has not been fully established. In dental practice, it is important to provide dental care for this type of pathology.
