In recent years, the media and various internet platforms have been actively presenting information and video materials about food additives used in industrial production, including food colorants, their specific names and abbreviations, whether they are artificial or natural, and their compliance with halal standards. This, in turn, has encouraged the public to be more attentive and responsible when purchasing products from markets and supermarkets.
