Resume

Biological modeling of diseases is becoming an increasingly important method of scientific research in medical science and requires the creation of experimental models on laboratory animals. This provides the most adequate reflection of the mechanisms of occurrence, development and treatment of human diseases. Based on the results of studying the molecular structure of breast cancer and its immunohistochemical characteristics, a molecular classification of breast cancer is proposed. Conducting such studies is impossible to imagine without detailed information on the structure of laboratory animals. Modeling is the most important component of the experiment and is still poorly studied. The lack of necessary information on the structural features of spontaneously occurring tumors in laboratory animals reduces the possibility of targeted modeling and increases the likelihood of errors in interpreting the experimental results. Therefore, the study of breast cancer on laboratory animals as experimental animals is an important task.

Key words: Dimethylbenzanthracene, carcinogen, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, oncogene, papilloma, sarcoma, epithelium, immunohistochemical, benzopyrene.
