EFFECTIVENESS OF FERULA ASSA FOETIDA FOR ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Resume

The problem of erectile dysfunction in patients with diabetes is very relevant today, since this symptom affects the patient’s quality of life and the diagnosis of this pathology is carried out in the last stages; men for a long time hide the presence of these symptom complexes from their attending physician. In modern medicine, the arsenal of urologists and endocrinologists has a large portfolio of drugs that favorably eliminate the symptoms of erectile dysfunction, stimulation of spermatogenesis and the production of sex hormons in patients with diabetes, however, due to the lack of side effects, the most preference is given to drugs of plant origin. The article studies in detail the pharmacotherapeutic effect of Ferula assa foetida for erectile dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
