Resume

The article presents data from a retrospective analysis of 40 victims and 30 corpses, persons who died from acute poisoning with acetic acid on the background of alcohol intoxication. The assessment of toxicokinetics was carried out according to the WHO guidelines (1981). The main parameters of toxicokinetics were determined by the method of nonlinear resistance analysis: the elimination rate constant, the half-life of the poison in the blood, and the maximum duration of the toxicogenic phase in acetic acid poisoning on the background of alcohol intoxication.
