Resume

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) among young people is increasing, which is associated with both traditional (dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, smoking, stress) and non-traditional risk factors (energy drinks, e-cigarettes, circadian rhythm disorders). Women in younger age groups have a higher risk of adverse outcomes. Prevention requires a comprehensive approach, including lifestyle modifications (lipid control, normalizing blood pressure and body weight, quitting smoking), as well as considering the patient's emotional state and normalizing sleep.
