LOBARATOR ANALYSIS OF COAGULOPATHIES IN CHILDREN WITH POST-COVID SYNDROME

Resume

This study is dedicated to investigating the impact of stress, modeled by the obstruction of the right renal artery and the administration of adrenaline, on the rheological properties of blood and inflammatory activity. In the experimental group, significant changes were observed in blood viscosity, ESR, hematocrit, and blood shift indices compared to the control group. The most pronounced changes were observed at low shear rates, indicating disturbances in microcirculation. The increase in blood viscosity and the elevation of ESR indicate the development of an inflammatory process and the activation of the acute-phase system. These changes in the rheological properties of blood confirm the worsening of blood flow and may negatively affect microcirculation, which can have serious consequences for organ and tissue function

Keywords: stress, rheological properties of blood, blood viscosity, ESR, microcirculation, inflammation, blood shift index, renal artery obstruction
