Resume
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic, relapsing inflammatory skin disease characterized by a hereditary predisposition, early childhood onset, and typical morphology and location of pruritus and rash elements according to the patient's age. The severe form of AtD in children causes significant difficulties in dermatovenerology due to its complex clinical picture and impact on children's quality of life. This clinical observation aims to study the situation of severe form of AtD and analyzes the diagnostic complexities and management strategies in a young patient. Through a detailed clinical observation, the article examines the importance of comprehensive diagnostic tools in the assessment of the clinical course of AtD and the possibilities of correctly predicting the clinical course of the disease and taking effective measures based on the obtained data. This case serves as a case study to identify the main features of severe AD, and to adapt disease management and treatment strategies accordingly. In addition, the article discusses the need for regular monitoring and early intervention in sick children to optimize treatment and prevent long-term consequences.
