EFFECTIVENESS OF COMPLEX REHABILITATION MEASURES IN CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES DUE TO SPASTIC DIPLEGIA TYPE OF CEREBRAL PALSY

Resume

We examined 309 children under the age of 18 with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia as a research object to improve rehabilitation measures in children with disabilities due to nervous system diseases and to assess their effectiveness. The use of therapeutic physical education with the use of new and improved equipment as part of complex rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy spastic diplegia forms new movement skills, including an increase in the duration of balance from 30.8±3.2 seconds to 98.6±6.8 seconds. According to the time interval assessment, the last training indicator was found to be 24.5% higher in the main group than in the control group. After the rehabilitation course, the number of steps per minute increased by 9 in the main group, and by 2 in the control group. Compared to the control group II, it was found that the dynamics of goniometry indicators in the I-main group approached the normative indicators by 86.4%. After rehabilitation measures, the reduction in the degree of spasm in the arms and legs in the I-main group improved by 85.7% compared to the children in the II-group.
