This scientific paper analyzes the dynamics of nutrition-specific assessment systems such as the SOFA and APACHE II scales as well as the Nutritional Risk Index (NRI) and Maastricht Nutrition Index in clinical weight status assessments against the background of parenteral Nutrition in sepsis and polyorgan deficient patients. This study, involving 80 patients, evaluated the effects of specialized amino acid-based therapy on overall case severity and nutritional deficiency-related indicators
