Resume

Thyroid hormones affect the entire metabolism in the body and participate in the growth and formation of all organs and tissues. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), “... thyroid diseases (TD) occur in 10–30% of the world’s population.” A number of scientific studies are being conducted around the world aimed at early detection of genesis, development of optimal treatment methods and prevention of complications of endocrine diseases. In this regard, conducting scientific research to improve the effectiveness of early diagnosis and prediction of secondary thyroid pathologies, determining the scope of diagnostic and therapeutic measures, as well as developing principles for preventing complications and improving the treatment of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings remains a priority area of modern medicine.Due to the increase in thyroid diseases, we focused on the prevalence and classification of this pathology.
