IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL ASSESSMENT OF MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN LIVER TISSUE IN CEREBRAL INJURY

Resume

In the experiment, the morphological changes occurring in the liver tissue of 3-month-old white rats with brain injury and the control group were studied by immunohistochemical expression of the Bcl-2 marker, which was found to be low, 11.07% in 80% of the materials and 28.4% in 20% of the materials, i.e. moderately expressed. Thus, it was proven that the apoptosis process in liver tissue cells (as a result of aging or the influence of various damaging factors), i.e. programmed cell death, is low in brain injury, based on the expression level of the Bcl-2 marker
