Resume
This article provides a systematic analysis of risk factors and complications associated with sleeve gastrectomy in bariatric surgery. Based on a review of current literature and clinical studies, the main postoperative complications, their frequency, causes, and prevention methods have been identified. The study showed that the most common complications include staple line leaks (1-5%), bleeding (1-2%), strictures (0.7-4%), and gastroesophageal reflux disease (up to 20% of cases). Factors that increase the risk of complications have been determined, including technical aspects of the operation, surgeon experience, individual patient characteristics, and comorbidities. Modern approaches to risk minimization and recommendations for optimizing the surgical protocol are proposed.
Keywords: sleeve gastrectomy, bariatric surgery, postoperative complications, staple line leaks, complication prevention, risk factors.
