THE STATE OF THE EFFECT OF IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH NON-SPECIFIC AORTO-ARTERIITIS

Resume,

The state of the effectoral link of immunity in patients with UAA, the degree of sensitization of peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL) to infectious and tissue antigens (AG) were studied. Immunological studies were performed in 43 patients. Sensitization to antigens of staphylococcus in the reaction of antigen-binding lymphocytes was detected in 20.2% of cases. Sensitization to vascular antigen was noted in 50% of UAA patients aged 15-20 years, and in 69% of adult patients. The frequency of detection of sensitized lymphocytes to the renal antigen was registered high, and was 83.3% in patients aged 15-20 years, and 84.6% in adults. This causes the dependence of the manifestations of clinical syndromes on the level of sensitization of PBL to vascular and renal antigens in patients with UAA.
