Resume

Cardivascular disorders in chronic kidney disease are accompanied by changes in metabolic processes in the heart muscle. The aim of this work was to determine the level of metabolic changes in the myocardium in children with chronic renal pathology based on cardiometry. 260 children with chronic kidney disease were examined; in patients with cardiovascular disorders, reliable differences in myocardial metabolic parameters were revealed, which affect the adaptive capabilities of the heart and contribute to the development of cardiovascular diseases.
