CLINICAL PROFILE OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES

Badridinova B.K. - Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina

Resume

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the clinical and laboratory characteristics of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, reflecting the degree of nephropathy progression depending on the stage of renal insufficiency. A stratified comparison was conducted of hemoglobin levels, erythrocyte indices, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism parameters, as well as key biochemical markers — creatinine, urea, albumin, total protein, and glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Consistent pathophysiological shifts were identified, indicating worsening anemia, glycemic decompensation, the development of hypoproteinemia, and a progressive decline in renal filtration function in the context of diabetic nephropathy. The revealed interrelations highlight significant metabolic and microcirculatory disturbances, particularly pronounced in CKD stages 4–5, thereby necessitating timely adjustments in therapeutic strategies. The findings underscore the importance of a personalized approach to managing this patient population, taking into account the comorbid nature of endocrine and nephrological disorders
