This article presents the results of clinical and laboratory parameters of 70 patients with chronic acalculous cholecystitis and the effectiveness of a newly introduced drug compared with standard therapy. The superiority of treatment efficacy in patients in the alternative therapy group compared to the control treatment group was substantiated.
