Resume

In this article, the author proposes a comprehensive conservative method of treating patients with post-burn cicatricial deformities of the dorsum of the foot. The effectiveness of treatment was studied in 92 patients who received comprehensive conservative therapy. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 43 patients in group 1 and 49 patients in group 2. Good and satisfactory results were obtained in 93.8% of patients in the main group. In the comparison group, these figures were 79.1%. Based on this, the recommended schemes of comprehensive treatment of patients with post-burn cicatricial deformities of the dorsum of the foot improved the results by up to 15%
