Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that is classified in the modern medical group of autoimmune diseases (associated with responses of antibodies against their tissues). Many causes of psoriasis and factors predispose to the development of this dermatosis, so several theories have been put forward about its origin. Objective: to study the effectiveness of the treatment of Vulgar psoriasis with local ozonatherapy. Materials and methods: We performed treatment with local ozonatherapy in patients aged 14 to 50 years, with 60 cases of vulgar psoriasis (38 men and 22 women). Patients were assigned a 10-day procedure. Another 10-day treatment was assigned with a 20-day break between treatment courses
