Resume

This article presents the results of a comprehensive study of the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in patients with viral liver cirrhosis. The levels of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α were studied. A significant association was found between elevated levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and the degree of fibrosis. In dynamics after antiviral therapy (AVT), a statistically significant decrease in the concentration of all three cytokines - IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α - was recorded. The obtained data confirm the importance of immunogenetic profilization as a tool for risk stratification and individualization of therapy for patients with viral cirrhosis of the liver.

Keywords: cirrhosis, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, cytokines, IL-6, TNF-α, antiviral therapy.
