Resume

This article analyzes the clinical and dynamic features of depressive disorders in patients with Type II diabetes mellitus. Depression is a common psychological condition in these patients, which may exacerbate disease complications and negatively affect treatment outcomes. The article examines the symptomatic manifestations of depressive disorders, their progression, and variability related to the course of the disease. Additionally, the clinical presentation of depression in Type II diabetes, its etiopathogenesis, and its impact on patients’ quality of life and social functioning are studied. The content is based on recent research and literature reviews, ъhighlighting the complex nature of the disease and the significance of psychological factors
